High Quality Laser Based
Plastic 3D Printing System
FORMIGA P110
(by EOS, Germany)
Manufacturing Date: Oct.
2013
Specifications:
FORMIGA P 110 is a flexible,
cost-efficient and highly productive system for
the Additive Manufacturing of polymer parts. This
compact system is ideal as an entry into Additive
Manufacturing, for example for cost-efficient small
series production, customised products with complex
geometries and rapid prototyping applications.
Without requiring tools, the
system makes direct use of digital CAD data to
produce polymer parts of the highest surface quality to
a maximum construction height of 330 mm.
FORMIGA P110
is the state-of-the-art technology
machine that is able to print support-less parts from high strength
materials like Nylon 12 / Polyamide 12 (EOS PA2200 - Tensile
strength > 48 MPa),
Glass
Filled Polyamide 12 (EOS PA3200 - > 51 MPa) and others.
Applications:
-
Ready to use
Freeform products up to 200,200,200 mm (bigger parts
can be split),
-
Very
accurate products with very thin wall thicknesses,
-
Fully functional products from
high strength plastics that can be
used directly as End-User products,
-
Already assembled parts with internal joints and hinges,
-
High
strength (> 48 MPA) spare parts and plastic components,
-
Human safe and
Biocompatible Medical Prostheses ,

Metal Additive
Manufacturing
System
m3Linear
(by Concept-laser, Germany)
Manufacturing Date: Oct.
2004 - Upgraded in 2012
Specifications:
Based on using
laser micro welding of
any type of metallic powder such as stainless steel, tool steel and alloy
steel,
LaserCUSING
® - fusion of single-component metallic powder materials
- allows the layer-by-layer
construction of components from almost all metallic materials (e.g.
stainless steel and hot work steel powders).
Metallic powder is hereby fully fused layer for layer to produce a 100%
component density. A specially developed exposure strategy allows the
generation of solid and large-volume components without any deformation. A
patented surface post-treatment process directly after the construction
process ensures the highest surface quality and hardness. Countless
technical refinements such as automatic powder evacuation, a separately
developed coating system and a circulating inert gas atmosphere make the
M3 linear a machine concept in a class of its own.
Applications:
. The ability to
build high accuracy Medical Prostheses
from Titanium based materials,
. End user small
spare parts without expensive tools or machining works,
.
Metal products
with complex geometry like manifolds,
.
Mold inserts
with embedded conformal cooling channels,

3D Scanner (Laser and
Mechanical Probe)
Cyclone II
(by Renishaw, England)
Manufacturing Date: June.
2005
Specifications:
High speed scanning reduces lead times from pattern to finished part.
Available with both contact and non-contact (Laser) scanning probes.
Quiet and clean in operation - allows installation in an office-like
environment.
For setting data capture parameters, data manipulation and machining the
Cyclone system includes Tracecut. This powerful software enables you to
machine parts totally independently of the scanning strategy and the probe
styli which were used.
